      Additional Rules

      The main renter of this home must be of 25 years of age to inquire where an ID will be asked to be presented when requesting to book. To advance the safety of all Property occupants and guest, prevent Property damage, and provide convenience, Guest understands, acknowledges, and agrees to the following House Rules and to ensure that all Guest occupants are provided a copy in advance of their stay and adhere to House Rules during the Term of this Agreement.

      • The Property countertops, sinks, showers, baths and walls are all constructed of Tadelakt, a Moroccan plaster which while waterproof, requires certain observations:
      • Only the Meyers soap (diluted) and/or warm water may be used for cleaning purposes.
      • The kitchen island and countertops require diligent use of hot pads and cutting boards, all of which are readily provided.
      • Do not place hots items or prepare or cut food directly on counters.
      • No contact with dyes or tanning products.
      • The floors throughout the Property are largely terrazzo. Terrazzo is slippery when wet. Do not run on Terrazzo and make sure any water or spills are promptly wiped up.
      • The pool coping/surround is also Terrazzo and Walking on the pool coping/surround is strictly prohibited.
      • Walkways are provided for access around the pool and should be the exclusive method for navigating the exterior portions of the Property. Only the pools stairs should be used for access in and out of the pool. No jumping or diving into the pool.
      • No glass is permitted outside of the house. Plastic glassware and dishware are provided for your convenience.
      • Doors should at all times be kept closed. The wind can be powerful at the Property and the French doors, in particular, are subject to slamming shut and either injuring someone or being damaged. All instructions/signage on the doors themselves must be followed at all times.
      • Access to the rooftop is strictly prohibited.
      • Black makeup towels are to be used for makeup removal.
      • Loungers should be covered with pool towels when used.
      • Pool towels should be brought in at night in case of rain.

      General notes:

      • Stovetops are induction burners so cookware must be on the stove to activate.
      • Be sure to use on/off button for each burner.
      • Microwave and water dispenser are in the pantry.
      • Bottled water is strongly advised for all drinking.
      • Pool towels are black and white striped and available in the linen closet.
